- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, email, or approved booking channels.
- Service dates and times will be confirmed based on availability.
- Accurate information regarding the property size, condition, and cleaning requirements must be provided when making a booking.
Failure to provide accurate details may result in changes to the final price or service duration.
- Pricing and Payments
- All service prices will be clearly communicated before the service is confirmed.

- Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

- Access to Property

If access is not provided:
- The appointment may be cancelled.
- A call-out fee may apply.

- Damage and Liability
Our team takes great care when performing cleaning services. However:
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
- Claims must include clear evidence of the damage.
- ProClean One Ltd will assess each case and determine appropriate action.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by faulty fixtures or improper installations.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We may offer a re-clean of the affected area where appropriate.
- Health and Safety
ProClean One Ltd reserves the right to refuse or terminate a cleaning service if:
- The environment is considered unsafe for our staff.
- Hazardous materials are present that were not disclosed prior to booking.
