At ProClean One Ltd, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality cleaning services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which bookings may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Booking Confirmation

All cleaning appointments are confirmed once the booking has been accepted by ProClean One Ltd and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

  • Property location
  • Property size
  • Type of cleaning service required
  • Condition of the property

Incorrect information may affect the service duration and final pricing.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

Free Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any cancellation charges.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Same-Day Cancellation

If a cancellation occurs on the same day as the scheduled service, ProClean One Ltd reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the booking fee.

  1. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their appointment.

  • Requests made at least 24 hours in advance will normally be accommodated at no additional cost.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a rescheduling fee.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to staff availability.

  1. Access to the Property

Clients must ensure that our cleaning team can access the property at the agreed time.

If our team is unable to gain access due to:

  • Locked premises
  • Incorrect address information
  • No one available to provide entry

The appointment may be cancelled and a call-out fee or full service charge may apply.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered

 ProClean One Ltd is unable to provide the booked service due to internal scheduling issues or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

Customer Dissatisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
  • We may offer a re-clean of the affected areas where appropriate.

Refunds will be considered only if a re-clean is not possible or appropriate.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • Cancellation outside the allowed time period
  • Lack of access to the property
  • Pre-existing damage or poor property condition
  • Services completed according to the agreed scope of work
  1. Deposits

Some services (such as deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, or large commercial cleaning) may require a deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellations occur outside the permitted timeframe.
