Required Booking Details:

  • Full name and contact information

  • Preferred date and time
  • Special instructions or access requirements

Once your request is received, a member of our team will confirm availability and provide a quote or pricing details.

  1. Booking Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or phone call from ProClean One Ltd.
  • Confirmation includes:
    • Service date and time
    • Type of cleaning service
    • Total price or quote
  • Any additional instructions or service requirements should be communicated before confirmation.
  1. Deposit Policy
  • Certain services may require a deposit of 20–50% of the total service cost to secure your booking.
  • Deposits are deducted from the final payment on the service day.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  1. Pricing Policy
  • All prices are clearly quoted before booking.
  • Pricing may vary depending on:
    • Property size and condition
    • Type of service (standard, deep cleaning, end of tenancy)
    • Additional requirements (extra rooms, carpet cleaning, heavy stains, etc.)

  1. Payment Terms
  • Full payment or deposit is required before or on the day of service, depending on the agreement.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, card payment.
  • Late payments may result in service delays or rescheduling.

  3. Submit your request.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
  5. If a deposit is required, follow the payment instructions included in the confirmation email.
  6. Keep your confirmation email as proof of booking.
  1. Rescheduling & Cancellation
  • Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability.
  • Cancellation:
    • 24+ hours before service: Full refund of deposit (if applicable)
    • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
    • No-shows: Full service cost charged

To ensure a smooth service:

  • Provide safe access to all areas to be cleaned.
  • Secure pets and fragile items.
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available.

  • If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours to discuss a re-clean or other resolution.
